Our Team

William Harsh

Managing Partner

Will Harsh is a Managing Partner at Tryline Capital. Will holds a MS in Real Estate Development and an MPA in Urban Policy, both from Columbia University. He graduated from Princeton with a degree in Politics, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica. He sits on the Housing and Homeless Committee at the Robin Hood Foundation.

Jaryn Horner

Managing Partner

Jaryn Horner is a Managing Partner at Tryline Capital and has over 17 years of finance, investment and real estate experience. Prior to Tryline, Jaryn was a Vice President at Wafra Inc, where he invested in middle market private equity transactions across the real estate, energy and transportation sectors. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank where he helped execute M&A as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions. Jaryn has a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. He is a member of ULI’s Suburban Development and Redevelopment Product Council.

Luke Halper

Senior Associate

Luke Halper is a Senior Associate at Tryline Capital and has over 6 years of real estate finance, asset management and acquisitions experience. He previously worked at Norfolk based Cohen Investment Group in an acquisitions role and at New York City based Rose Associates. Luke has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
